Kenneth D Brydon:
Senior partner of Macbeth Currie, Kenneth has been in legal practice since 1976. He is based in the firm’s Edinburgh office where his practice includes all aspects of property law (domestic and commercial Conveyancing, securities and leasing), advising small businesses, company secretarial work, wills, trusts and executries, Powers of Attorney, and Guardianship matters.

Frank Anderson:
Frank is an experienced general legal practitioner, whose areas of expertise include property law (encompassing domestic and commercial conveyancing and leasing); Wills, Executries and Trusts; Powers of Attorney and Guardianships. He practices from the firm’s Dunfermline office.

John Bain:
A graduate of Cambridge and Edinburgh Universities, John has worked in Dunfermline for 20 years and is an experienced Sheriff Court practitioner. He is a registered criminal practitioner and is on the Sheriff Court panel receiving instructions to prepare reports in connection with children’s welfare and mental health applications. His wide-ranging civil practice includes divorce and other family matters, damages claims, debt, bankruptcy and mental health issues.

Kenneth Paterson:
Kenneth commenced legal practice in 1979. His initial involvement in Family Law matters and Court of Session litigation has developed into a general practice with particular emphasis now on property law - including marketing, sale and purchase, security work and company relocation transactions. In his role as the firm’s Financial Services Partner Kenneth has had an increasing involvement in Compliance issues relating to Pension Transfers and Endowments.
